Returns For Change Of Mind

To process a return for change of mind you will need to contact us at hey@brooklynbodyco.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Due to hygiene reasons your product/s that you are looking to return must be unopened (still with plastic seal on) and the box must be in the original condition.

Once confirmed that it's still in the original condition you will simply need to post your product/s back to the address provided by the team member processing your request. Once we receive the product/s back your refund will be processed within 1 business day.

It may take 2-3 business days for the funds to reach your account depending on your institution. Note: The customer will have to cover any postage costs for this type of return.

Returns For Faulty Products

To process a faulty product return you will need to contact us at hey@brooklynbodyco.com within 12 months of receiving your order. You will need to send us photos and/or images and/or a small description explaining what the fault is.

Once confirmed that the product is not operating correctly you will simply need to post your product/s back to the address provided by the team member processing your request.  Once we receive the product/s back you will be given the option to either receive a replacement or a 100% refund. Refunds/replacements will be processed within 1 business day.

It may take 2-3 business days for the funds to reach your account depending on your institution. Note: We will cover any postage costs for this type of return.

After 6 weeks if you’ve not seen the results you were looking for simply send your before photo as well as your 6 progress photos (so 7 photos in total) to hey@brooklynbodyco.com.

One of our friendly team members will respond to your email within one business day to confirm your refund has been approved.

Once your refund has been approved you will simply need to post your product/s back to the address provided by the team member processing your request. Once we receive the product/s back your refund will be processed within 1 business day.
